Head - Equity Trading

Applicants should have excellent academic background with a minimum of 3 years of trading experience and proven track record in Equity and Equity Derivatives at the dealing rooms of Banks, Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies, Mutual Funds, Investment Banks etc. An additional qualification of CA, CFA, MBA will have weightage.

GROUP CFO

With the number of subsidiaries under the STCI fold increasing, the Company is looking for a Group Chief Financial Officer who will play a key role in the financial engineering requirements of the Company.  The candidate should be a CA with impeccable record and conversant with finalization of Group Balance Sheets & Consolidations.  He will also co-ordinate with internal / external / statutory & Government auditors.  He will be responsible for Compliance with Accounting Standards, Publishing of Annual Accounts etc.  An additional qualification as a CS though not a pre-requisite will be preferred.
Preference will also be given to candidates with 8 – 10 years of  experience of Accounting and Compliance in financial markets in organizations regulated by multiple regulators like RBI / SEBI / NSDL / CDSL / BSE / NSE / CCIL etc. 

The applicant should have the ability to lead and guide a team of IT professionals in diverse areas covering Development, Networking and Database Administration. He shall be responsible for handling entire IT department. He should be acquainted with  planning , implementation and operations of new systems, which will cater to the future requirements of the company. He will oversee operations scheduling, backup, storage, retrieval, disaster recovery, implementation of LAN/WAN at different locations, maintaining and modifying existing networking infrastructure, maintain firewalls for network security etc. He should be conversant with PKI technology, INFINET and should have experience in handling smart cards. Understanding of RDBMS,SQL server,Oracle design is essential.

Candidate should have B.Tech/ BE/MCA/ or other IT management related qualification

GROUP COMPANY SECRETARY

With the number of subsidiaries under the STCI fold increasing, the Company is looking for a Group Company Secretary who will have  independent responsibility of the Company’s Secretarial Functions / Compliances as per various Laws  as applicable to the Company.   
Applicant  should have experience  in handling Secretarial, Legal & Compliance issues in a widely held Company.  He should also have good interpersonal/ communication skills & excellent analytical abilities. 
Successful candidate will be a qualified Company Secretary.  A legal degree though not a pre-requisite will be preferred.
Preference will also be given to candidates with 8 – 10 years of  experience of Accounting and Compliance in financial markets in organizations regulated by multiple regulators like RBI / SEBI / NSDL / CDSL / BSE / NSE / CCIL etc. 
 
Preferred Age: around 35 years

SENIOR DEALERS / DEALERS (MUMBAI / DELHI / BANGALORE / CHENNAI / CALCUTTA)

The incumbent  will have 8-10  years trading experience in Gilts, Fixed Income Securities, Money Market Instruments / Equity / Derivatives etc. at Treasuries   of  Banks, Primary Dealers, Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies, Mutual Funds and similar organizations.  He will be a self motivated person capable of leading large teams and having experience of working in a structured environment. Graduate / Post Graduate with excellent academic background need apply.  Management qualifications with experience will be preferred.    Age : Around 35 years. 

DEALERS (MUMBAI / DELHI / BANGALORE / CHENNAI / CALCUTTA)

The incumbent  will have 3-5  years trading experience in Gilts, Fixed Income Securities, Money Market Instruments / Equity / Derivatives etc. at Treasuries / Dealing Rooms of Banks, Primary Dealers, Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies, Mutual Funds and similar organizations.   Graduate / Post Graduates with management qualifications will be preferred.     Age :  Around 30 years. 

EQUITY DEALER

Applicants should have excellent academic background with 1-3 years of trading experience in Equity and Equity Derivatives at the dealing rooms of Banks, Primary Dealers, Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies, Mutual Funds, Investment Banks etc. Additional qualification of CA, CFA , MBA  will have weightage.

DEBT SALES

Successful candidate will have an MBA with excellent academic background with minimum 3 years experience in active selling of Fixed Income Securities, Corporate Bonds, Mutual Fund, Insurance Products etc. at reputed organizations like Banks, Primary Dealers, Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies and Mutual Funds.  Preferred age: around 30 years.

RECEPTIONIST / TELEPHONE OPERATOR

The incumbent should have a pleasing personality with excellent interpersonal relationship skills.   Should be  conversant with  EPABX, MS Office, e-mail, internet  etc.  Should be a graduate with relevant additional qualifications.  Age: 25 years


EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
