a. Subsidiaries :

STCI Primary Dealer Limited (STCI PD) : This  is a wholly owned subsidiary of Securities Trading Corporation of India Limited (STCI) was established in October 2006 consequent to the hiving off of the Parent Company’s PD business. Accordingly, the Company commenced its operations with effect from June 25, 2007 in line with the Reserve Bank of India guidelines on diversification of business activities by Primary Dealers. STCI PD undertakes trading in fixed income securities, money market instruments, interest rate swaps, corporate bonds and equity (both cash and F&O). The Company also undertakes fee based activities namely Portfolio Management Services and mutual fund distribution.

STCI Commodities Limited :This is a wholly owned subsidiary of Securities Trading Corporation of India Limited (STCI). The Company provides brokerage, investment and advisory services in Indian Commodities Markets. The Company is a member of two of India’s largest online commodities exchanges namely MCX and NCDEX. STCI Commodities provides brokerage services to Corporates, HNIs and retail clients. We have scaled down the operation for the time being in order to redesign the systems and procedures and also to develop a robust risk management process.
