Credit Appraisal – Senior Management Professional (18 + years)

Job description
Being part of the Credit Appraisal Team, must have experience leading a team, the key responsibilities include credit assessments and underwriting of new loan proposals, disbursement, periodic review of existing loan accounts, regular monitoring of the accounts and maintaining relationship with the clients. While doing so, the key processes followed by Credit Appraisal Team is provided below :
- Assessment of Credit requirement / In principal term sheet preparation
- Detailed analysis of various aspect of credit facility
- Financial analysis of the borrowing entity / underlying security
- Technical / Commercial analysis, wherever applicable
- Assessment of repayment capacity
- Assigning Internal Credit Risk Rating
- Due diligence/KYC of obligors
- Preparation of standard Credit Appraisal Memorandum (CAM)
- Due diligence of security for the loan
- Finalization of terms of sanction with Client
- Recommendation to the sanctioning authority
- Preparation of Sanction letter/acceptance by client
- Legal documentation and security creation
- Pre-disbursement compliances
- Loan disbursement
- Perfection of security / other compliances as per sanction terms
- Post disbursement client servicing and relationship management
- Review / Renewal / Maintenance/ Closure of loan accounts
Key Skills: Credit Analysis/ Credit Appraisal/Credit Administration.
Educational Qualification: MBA (Finance)/CA /CFA or any other post graduate degree in finance.
