Credit Origination Team – Middle Management professional (6 to 12 years) –

Job description:

Business Growth:

  1. Identify and acquire new small/mid/large corporate clients in different lending segments within policy guidelines.
  2. Meet loan intermediaries/consultancy firms for new business
  3. Explain STCI products, understand customer needs & propose products or lending terms to cater these requirements within policy guidelines.

Building & maintaining relationship with clients:

  1. Renewal of existing accounts
  2. Timely resolution of client queries / requirements
  3. Overall contribution in building / maintaining loan book
  4. Planning and completion of periodical inspections of mortgaged properties
  5. Periodical review of Auditors / LEs reports for existing accounts"

Credit Processing & Execution:

  1. Market intelligence generated for Credit Appraisal
  2. Research input to processing team for Credit Appraisal
  3. Liasoning with clients / advocate / valuers etc. for processing and execution
  4. Adherence and compliance to Credit policy / manual and management directions"

Asset Quality & Recovery:

  1. Timely Collections and Recovery of stressed accounts
  2. Measures initiated for timely collections and payments
  3. Market Intelligence / input provided / steps taken for minimization of slippages"

Educational Qualification: MBA (Finance)/ any Graduate or other post graduate degree.
