Role & Responsibility

1. Build and lead the collections strategy for secured MSME loans across India in consultation with Head – MSME Lending
2. Set up and manage a field collections team and partner agencies
3. Collaborate with credit, sales, risk, and legal teams to reduce NPAs
4. Establish MIS and reporting frameworks to monitor performance
5. Routinely manage delinquencies daily and drive resolution of overdue accounts

Age, Qualifications & Experience

1. 40 to 45 years - Possess a Graduate degree
2. 15-20 years’ experience in BFSI of which 8-10 years in Collection; 5 or more years leading Collections for / SME / MSME/Commercial Lending business in a Bank/NBFC
3. Demonstrated track record of setting up and running a strong Collection system for Micro / SME / MSME/Commercial Lending business in a Bank/NBFC (AuM Rs 2500 crs+)
4. Must have been involved in using technology (tools/apps) for collections tracking and borrower engagement
