Role & Responsibility
- Design and execute a scalable sales strategy for secured MSME loans in consultation with Head – MSME Lending
- Build and lead (build. Train & monitor) a field sales force and DSA partner network across target regions; launch and manage a tech-enabled digital sales channel
- Deliver on disbursement targets while ensuring credit quality and compliance
- Establish performance tracking, MIS, and governance mechanisms
Age, Qualifications & Experience
- 40 to 45 years - Post Graduate degree in Business/Finance or CA
- With overall 15-20 years’ experience in BFSI of which 8-10 years in Sales; at least 5+ years leading Sales for Micro / SME / MSME lending in a Bank/NBFC
- Demonstrated track record of setting up a strong sales (and service) network (own team + agency) for a Bank/NBFC (AuM Rs 2500 crs+)
- Experience of having worked on Online client acquisition
