Compliance Team Member – Junior Management Professional (2 to 6 years)

Location: Mumbai

Job description:

1. Ability to understand RBI, PMLA , regulatory / statutory prescriptions applicable to NBFCs and prepare and file the requisite returns with RBI / FIU/concerned Regulators/ authorities
2. Monitor/ test that the various regulatory returns are filed with RBI/ Regulators/ Authorities within the laid down timelines as per the regulatory prescriptions
3. Prepare data inputs for RBI inspection, Audits and requirements with respect to various external and internal stake holders request.
4. Obtaining requisite approvals/ registration with the concerned Regulator/ Statutory Authorities based on Company’s requirement
5. Provide support and assistance to the Compliance Officer/Head in various Compliance activities with respect to the statutory/ regulatory prescriptions applicable to Company
6. Assist in implementing compliance processes and policies in the Company
7. Any other compliance related adhoc activity not listed above.

Key Skills: 

1. Candidate shall have minimum work experience of two years in RBI and regulatory compliances.
2. Good interpersonal, communication and drafting skills. Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment

Educational Qualification: Post graduate/ graduates with relevant certification/ degree in the above areas.
